All SABAH-MM2H applications must be submitted online or by hand through a state representative appointed by Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment.

Application Processing Fee: RM3,000.00 (non refundable)
Application Renewal Processing Fee: RM1,500.00

Online Application

  1. Agents must submit application through SBH-MM2H system.

  2. All required forms should be filled before submitting application.

  3. Application status can be checked in the SBH-MM2H system.

By Hand Submission

  1. Agents are required to download and fill in the forms according to the checklist here.

  2. SBH-MM2H application form and supporting documents must be submitted to:-
