SABAH-MM2H REPRESENTATIVE
"Sabah state Government will consider and appoint companies that are interested as a Sabah State Representative for Sabah-MM2H Programme."
Representative requirements
Newly SSM-registered companies that fulfil the following criteria:

Paid up capital of a minimum RM50,000;

Bank Guarantee of a minimum RM50,000;

Nature of business is restricted to ONLY handling the process of Sabah-MM2H application and Sabah-MM2H related services;

Sabahan shareholders must hold a minimum of 51% shareholding in the company;

The company must have at least two (2) shareholders;
-
Require a Trading License issued by one of the local councils in Sabah that has a registered office address with the local council.
