TERMS OF RENEWAL FOR SABAH-MM2H PASS
Applicants must be at least 30 years of age.​
Open to individuals from countries that have diplomatic relations with Malaysia.
RM200,000.00 for every application (non-refundable). RM1,500 for subsequent renewal.

Fixed Deposit (FD) in Trust Fund (under State Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment)

Maximum withdrawal of 40% is allowed on the principal FD value after 2 years of participation in the program for the purposes of purchasing a residence, education and medical activities in Malaysia.
All applicants must purchase and own a residence in Sabah after obtaining the approval as SABAH-MM2H participant with minimum purchase price of RM2 million.

Selling of property is not allowed for 10 years. However, the house can be sold after 5 years with a new purchase price of a value equivalent to RM 600,000.00.
Spouse (husband/wife), parents, parents in-laws and children below 21 years of age.
Minimum cumulative stay period of 30 days per year in Sabah.
